4Х5МФС steel (Russian standard hot-work die steel; approximately equivalent to 1.2343 / H11) – Delivery Conditions Standard: GOST 5950-2000 (Alloy tool steel bars) 1 - Heat-treated delivery condition (Standard factory state)

Primary condition: Annealed / High-tempered

Brinell Hardness: ≤241 HB (indentation diameter ≥3.9 mm); suitable for subsequent machining; users perform their own quenching and tempering.

> Steel mills generally do not supply this grade in a pre-hardened state; pre-hardened material is a special custom order and not a standard stock item.

2 - Surface / Processing forms (Delivery forms)

1 - Hot-rolled (Горячекатаны й): Black-skin round bars, square bars, flat bars; surface scale present, standard dimensional tolerances; most common stock form.

2 - Calibrated / Cold-drawn or precision-rolled (Калиброванны й): Bright bars, high dimensional accuracy.

3 - Ground (Шлифованный): Ground bright bars.

4 - Silver-steel bar (Серебрянка): Precision-ground bright small round bars.

5 - Forged blanks (Forgings): Forged rounds or square blocks; delivered in annealed condition.

6 - Plates / Strips.
