3 - Short Processing Path Hot-rolled annealed hardness ≤ 255 HB, cold-drawn bar cutting rate 65% (100% for 1212), allowing direct turning, milling, and gear hobbing, reducing pre-processing annealing steps; minimal deformation after carburizing, grinding allowance can be controlled within 0.1-0.15 mm, shortening cycle time and reducing tooling costs.
