Mechanical Polishing

Rough Grinding: Use coarser sandpaper or abrasive wheels to perform preliminary grinding on the JIS SCr440 steel round bar surface, removing any large surface defects and burrs, and achieving a smoother surface.

Intermediate Grinding: Use finer sandpaper or abrasive wheels to continue grinding the surface, further improving the flatness and finish of the JIS SCr440 steel round bar surface and removing any deep marks left by rough grinding.

Fine Grinding: Use finer sandpaper or abrasive wheels for finer grinding, achieving a high surface finish and preparing for subsequent polishing.

Polishing: Use a polishing wheel or belt, along with polishing paste and other auxiliary materials, to perform high-speed polishing on the JIS SCr440 steel round bar surface, achieving a mirror finish or desired finish.
