2 - Drawing Forming: This is the core process of cold-drawing production.

The raw material is processed into the required shape and size using drawing dies.

Drawing processes can be divided into single-pass drawing and multi-pass drawing.

For high-strength steels like SNCM220, multi-pass drawing may be necessary to gradually achieve the target size and shape.

During the drawing process, attention must be paid to lubrication and cooling.

Lubrication reduces friction between the steel and the die, lowers the drawing force, and prevents surface scratches; cooling controls the temperature of the steel, preventing overheating and subsequent degradation of material properties.
