X210Cr12 plates, with their ultra-high hardness of 60-64 HRC and compressive strength of 2600 MPa, have become the preferred choice for precision stamping and wear-resistant dies.

While their carbide strengthening mechanism provides excellent wear resistance, innovative processes such as solution double refining are needed to balance their relatively low toughness.

X210Cr12 Plate Advantages and Limitations:

* Low Impact Toughness: Carbide segregation easily leads to stress concentration, making it unsuitable for high-impact load scenarios.

* Limited Machinability: Can be machined in the annealed state, but special tools are required in the high-hardness state.

* Excellent Wear Resistance: High-chromium carbides resist adhesive wear and abrasive wear, suitable for high-friction conditions.

* Excellent Hardenability: Large cross-section workpieces can be uniformly hardened; the critical diameter for oil quenching exceeds 100 mm.

* Controllable Deformation: High dimensional stability after low-temperature quenching (950-1000℃), suitable for precision dies.
