Inconel 625 Heat Treatment process mainly includes solution treatment, aging treatment and stress relief treatment, which have a significant impact on its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

1 - Solution treatment:

• **Temperature**: Usually between 1065℃ and 1150℃, the specific temperature can be adjusted according to the thickness of the material and the required performance.

• **Hot holding time**: Generally 1 to 2 hours to ensure that the carbides and other precipitation phases in the alloy are completely dissolved.

• **Cooling method**: Rapid cooling (such as water quenching) to lock the dissolved elements in the alloy and maintain excellent performance at high temperatures.

2 - Aging treatment:

• **Temperature**: Usually between 650℃ and 750℃, the optimal temperature range is 700℃ to 750℃.

• **Hot holding time**: Generally 6 to 8 hours, promote the formation of precipitation phases (such as Ni3Nb phase) and improve the hardness and strength of the alloy.

• **Cooling method**: Air cooling to avoid uneven stress or grain growth.

3 - Stress relief treatment:

• **Temperature**: Usually between 700℃ and 800℃, duration is 1 to 2 hours.

• **Cooling method**: Air cooling or furnace cooling to help eliminate internal stress generated during processing and improve the material's resistance to cracks and fatigue.
