The common size of the carbon fiber sandwich panel is 1000x1000mm, 1000x2000mm, 1220x2440mm and so on.

We can do CNC based on customer's CAD file.

The layup can be produced based on customer's request, different layup can achieve different strength requests.

Unidirectional lay-up ( 0° ): very high tensile strength and modulus, but it is weak in lateral direction.

Bi-directional layers ( 0°/90°): more balanced properties in all directions.
