Under temperature variations ranging from -50℃ to 300℃, its coefficient of thermal expansion is only 6×10⁻⁶/℃, which is significantly lower than that of metal materials, ensuring the precision of precision tools in various environments.

It is widely used as wear-resistant inserts in automotive molds, capable of withstanding long-term high-pressure friction without easy wear, thus extending the service life of the molds.

The oxidation resistance temperature of titanium carbide round rods made of hard alloy can reach up to 800℃.

They are less prone to oxidation wear in high-temperature cutting environments and are suitable for processing difficult materials such as high-temperature alloys.

After its surface undergoes mirror finish treatment, the coefficient of friction is as low as 0.1, which can reduce the frictional resistance with the workpiece and lower the processing energy consumption.

In textile machinery, it is often used to make wear-resistant guide rods to ensure that the yarn is not scratched during high-speed operation and to improve the quality of textiles.
