Titanium carbide guide wheel guide roller is made of titanium carbide as the main hard phase by powder metallurgy, with high hardness, wear resistance, impact resistance and thermal stability, etc., the appearance of the wheel or roller, commonly used in industrial material conveying and guiding, can protect the operating accuracy, reduce wear and improve the service life of the equipment.

Titanium carbide guide wheel is the key guiding part in wire and pipe production, which is made of high purity titanium carbide and cobalt bonded phase sintered by powder metallurgy, with surface hardness as high as HRC88, and the wear resistance is more than 50 times than that of steel guide wheel.

The roundness error is controlled within 0.002mm, ensuring smooth running of the wire in high-speed drawing (speed up to 100m/s) and avoiding fluctuation or displacement.

In the production of stainless steel wire, the use of the guide wheel can make the wire surface roughness from Ra1.6μm to Ra0.4μm, significantly improving product quality.
