With the ultra-high hardness of titanium carbide (about 2800HV) and excellent abrasion resistance, it can effectively resist the abrasion caused by contact friction with the drive belt and wire under high load and high speed working conditions, which greatly extends the service life.
At the same time, with excellent high temperature resistance, it can operate stably in a high temperature environment of 800-1000℃, and it is not easy to affect the accuracy due to thermal deformation, so as to ensure the stability of operation.
