The finished product exhibits excellent dimensional stability, with a thermal expansion coefficient of only 6×10⁻⁶/℃ across a temperature range of -50℃ to 300℃, significantly lower than that of metallic materials.

This ensures the precision of precision tools under various environmental conditions.

When machining difficult-to-cut materials such as stainless steel and titanium alloys, tools made from these rods have a service life 10–20 times longer than high-speed steel tools, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
