Its hardness is as high as HRC85 or more, and its wear resistance far exceeds that of ordinary steel, and it can still maintain stable performance even at high temperatures of 500℃ or more.

The dimensional accuracy of this round bar is extremely high, diameter tolerance can be controlled within ± 0.01mm, surface roughness as low as Ra0.02μm, very suitable for the production of precision cutting tools, mold cores and so on.

In the processing of stainless steel, titanium alloys and other hard-to-cut materials, the service life of the tools made of high-speed steel tools is 10-20 times, which can significantly improve productivity.
