During the copper tube drawing process, the guide wheel achieves a low friction coefficient of 0.08 against the copper surface, significantly reducing surface defects and increasing the product qualification rate from 85% to 99%.

Constructed from hard alloy titanium carbide, the guide wheel demonstrates excellent thermal shock resistance, remaining crack-free under rapid temperature fluctuations from ambient conditions to 300°C and back, making it highly suitable for intermittent production operations.

The guide wheel is available in a wide range of dimensions, with diameters spanning 50 mm to 500 mm and widths from 10 mm to 100 mm, enabling compatibility with various drawing and rolling equipment configurations.
