The roundness error is maintained within 0.002mm, ensuring smooth wire movement during high-speed drawing (up to 100m/s) and preventing vibration or deviation.

In stainless steel wire production, the use of these guide wheels reduces the surface roughness of the wire from Ra1.6μm to Ra0.4μm, significantly enhancing the overall product quality.
