In cases where the wire is suddenly tensioned or breaks, these guide wheels are resistant to cracking and deformation, thereby minimizing the risk of unplanned equipment shutdowns.
They also possess superior thermal conductivity, enabling efficient dissipation of heat generated by friction.
This ensures that the operating temperature of the guide wheel remains below 80℃, preventing thermal annealing of the wire.
During the production of spring steel wire, the use of these guide wheels maintains the straightness deviation of the wire within 0.5 mm/m, significantly enhancing the fatigue resistance and service life of the spring.
