The sintering activity of the powder is high.

After sintering with the metal binder phase at 1100-1300℃, high-density cemented carbide can be made, with a flexural strength of over 1500MPa.

In the field of high-temperature bearings, this alloy bearing can withstand high temperatures and high loads, and its performance is superior to that of traditional bearing steel.

Chromium carbide powder has excellent wettability and adheres firmly to metal substrates such as iron, nickel and cobalt, making the coating less prone to cracking.
