JIS SNCM220 alloy structural steel is an alloy structural steel primarily used in the manufacture of high-strength, high-toughness parts, widely applied in the automotive and machinery manufacturing industries.

Surface polishing includes: Mechanical polishing: Select a suitable polishing wheel (such as a cloth wheel or wool wheel) and use polishing compound for mechanical polishing.

Electric or handheld polishing machines can be used.

Polishing liquid: For finer polishing, liquid polishing agents can be used with a polishing cloth for meticulous treatment.

Fine polishing: After polishing, ultrafine sandpaper (such as P1000 or higher) can be used for a higher gloss finish.

Fine polishing compound: Use a dedicated fine polishing compound to achieve a high-gloss effect.
