In the 3C electronics industry, they are widely employed in machining high-precision components such as smartphone frames and laptop housings, ensuring scratch-free surfaces and minimal dimensional deviations.

Due to their excellent electrical conductivity, titanium carbide round rods are also used as electrodes in electrical discharge machining (EDM).

In EDM mold fabrication, they exhibit low electrode wear and enable high processing accuracy.

Furthermore, the material demonstrates superior fatigue resistance and is resistant to cracking under repeated impact loading, making it well-suited for manufacturing tooling components subjected to high-frequency vibrations.
