High Toughness Steel Bonded Hard Alloy Rods - China

This carbonitride round rod (TiC) is formed by hot-pressing and sintering 99.5% high-purity carbonitride powder.

Its diameter ranges from φ5 to φ100 mm, and the length can be customized (50 - 1000 mm).

The hardness reaches above HRA92, the density is 6.68 g/cm³, and it has excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance (usage temperature ≤ 1600℃), and corrosion resistance.

The surface of the rod is processed by precision grinding, with a tolerance of ±0.01 mm, a straightness of ≤ 0.02 mm/m, a dense structure without air holes, and a fracture toughness of ≥ 6.0 MPa·m¹/².

It is widely used in hard alloy tool blanks, mechanical seals, mining drilling tools, and high-temperature structural components, etc.

It can be directly processed and formed or used as an reinforcing body for composite materials.

Its service life is 5-8 times that of traditional metal rods.

Customization of size, tolerance, and surface treatment processes is supported.
