Silicon carbide crucible & sagger for heating and reaction of melting and refining metal liquids and solid liquids, ideal for sintering and smelting.

It is widely used in steel smelting, chemical industry, petroleum, environmental protection and other fields.

Its hardness ranges between corundum and diamond, mechanical strength higher than corundum, high heat transfer rate.

An economical device ideal for ensuring the heating material pure and unpolluted, with life expectancy 3-5 times longer than the ordinary ones.

Oustek’s silicon carbide crucible & sagger adapts isostatic pressing, net size sintering and mechanical finishing technique, it produces crucibles & saggers with density up to 3.1kg/m³.

Silicon carbide for high-quality refractories adopted so the maximum working temperature reaches up to 1380 ℃ (2500 ℉), with continuous working hours more than 9000 hours.

Application For melting, heating and reaction of refined metal liquid and solid in metallurgy, chemical industry, glass industry and chemical industry.
