Machine Feature:

1 - The hydraulic valve test bench is composed of hydraulic system, electrical control system, high&low pressure water pump pressure supply device system, oil pressure, water and air pressure instrument system, control valve system, clamping table system, jacking oil cylinder system and hydraulic medium storage and circulation tank.

The test process and results meet the relevant regulations and requirements.

2, Workbench using the valve flange end face seal, the clamping jaw will fix the flange directly.

The clamping c is driven directly by the clamping cylinder; The radial movement consists of cylinder and leverage, to realize the clamping jaw radial synchronous moving, so that the valve is without external force effect of the test, ; The test bench top pressure cylinder axial moving up and down, without being limited by the test length of the valve structure, roof pressure cylinder across 90 degree rotation of push function to facilitate loading and unloading valve.

The high-pressure water pump is powered by the 4-7BAR air pressure system and automatically reverses direction through the electrically controlled directional control valve to make the high-pressure water cylinder (pump) work in an automatic reciprocating motion.

The water suction one-way valve and outlet one-way valve are interchanged to continuously supply pressure to the tested valve, so as to meet the pressure requirements of the tested valve.

Suitable for straight through: flange, welding, thread and socket valve sealing and strength performance test.

3 - Working process: adjust the cylinder pressure according to the nominal diameter and pressure of the valve (refer to the pressure comparison table) -- press the workpiece -- open the low water pump to fill water quickly -- open the high pressure pump (pressure can be set) -- hold pressure timing -- manual pressure relief and reset.

4 - Set the self-locking function of the pressing cylinder: when the pressure inside the valve chamber is tested, the pressing cylinder cannot be loosened.

Protect against operational errors.

5 - Buyer shall provide 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil, cable and 8bar air source.
