Introduction
This machine has extruding pelleting, drying and coating four functions.
It‘s suitable for extruding pelleting granules, and also can use for coating and drying for the pelles.
Make strip granules.
Make micro pellets granules.
Coating for pellets ( film coating, enteric solubility coating, gastric solubility coatin, oxidation resistance coating, controlled released coating, etc .
Features:
1 - The machine has extruding granules, pelleting, drying, coating four basic functions.
2 - Special temperature control design to ensure the heat sensitive material invariance.
Can make 0.1-0.3mm small granules, and can make big than 0.3mm micro pellets.
3 - Centrifugal pelleting to finish micro pellets
4 - Special airflow structure and material water spray system suit for differenstem and automatic temperature control system.
6 - the design and manufacture conform to cGMP standard, easy and quickly for clean, no cross contamination
