Instructions on Equipment Operation [For reference only] :

1) 、 The machine adopts frequency conversion governor to control the stepless speed regulation of the motor, and external brake unit and brake resistor to realize the

electric braking of the motor; 2) 、Feeding: 2.1 - [Static feeding] Close the sealed cover and press all the lock wrenches to seal it, and the material (through the feeding tube) is injected into the drum.

Press the "Start" button, and the variable frequency governor controls the motor to speed up continuously, so that the drum directly connected with the motor rotates around its own axis.

Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials injected into the drum are evenly distributed on the inner wall of the drum.

2.2 - [Starting feeding] Close the airtight cover and press all the lock wrenches to seal it.

Press the "Start" button, and the variable frequency governor controls the motor to speed up continuously, so that the drum directly connected with the motor rotates around its own axis.

After reaching the "feeding speed", the materials (through the feeding tube) are injected into the drum.

Under the effect of centrifugal force, the injected materials are evenly distributed on the inner wall of the drum.
