Horizontal rear door structure, pump head and motor connected by coupling, installed on the bottom plate, impeller is rear open, with three bearings, shaft seal adopts external mechanical seal, equipped with cooling device, and the oil level of the bearing body is observed with an oil mirror; Compact and reasonable structure.

The pump is cast with support feet on the pump body, which can withstand loads from the pipeline and directly transmit them to the foundation.

This way, the pump rotor will not bend due to the load borne by the pump, ensuring good service life of the bearing and mechanical seal.

When repairing, it is not necessary to open the pipeline connected to the pump body.

As long as the bolts between the bracket and the pump body are opened, the impeller and mechanical seal can be repaired separately, which is simple and convenient.

Rotation direction of the pump: Rotate clockwise when looking towards the pump from the motor end.
