Performance principle

Double-glazed designed glass reactor, the liner is for reaction solvent, and the jacket for heating or cooling resource(cool liquid, hot water or hot oil), to achieve circulating heating or cooling experiment.

And its ancillary equipment-High and low temperature machine which can satisfy functional high & low temp reaction experiments.

Features

1 - GG17 high-borosilicate glass with nice physical-chemical properties; experiment temperature -100 to 400 degree C, Resistant to strong acidic properties of materials; only touching with glass parts & PTFE, no cross-contamination.

2 - Double cylinder; kettle cover is separated from kettle body.

It is convenient to disassemble, clean and install.

3 - Stirring adopts to mechanical sealing, it keeps higher vacuum degree among the same products in the market.

It also keeps high vacuum degree when stirring.

4 - Glass(PTFE)discharge valve, non-dead angle mixing, fast emptying, no residue.

5 - Frequency control speed gear motor, smooth running, high torque, automatic booster, no spark, noise free, long life.

6 - SUS frame and cast aluminum material kettle body support, elegant appearance, stable structure.

7 - Circulating water/oil bath, high and low temperature machine can supply heating source;Cooling machine: cooling chiller, high and low temperature machine, convenient and practical 8 - Scientific & innovative structure, practical, elegant appearance, domestic industry-leading.

Ancillary equipment

Circulating water vacuum pump: To provide a vacuum source.

Low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump: Low temperature reaction and re-flux, condensation.

Circulating water/oil bath: Thermal power.

High and low temperature all-in-one: High and low temperature experiment reaction.

Notes

1 - Keep every glass part clean before installation.

2 - Each standard port, milling mouth and sealing surfaces should be coated with a small amount of vacuum grease, to keep good sealing.

3 - Please read the manual carefully before installation, use, maintenance.

4 - Your voltage should be in consistent with the provisions of this instrument.

5 - No load is not suitable for high speeds.

6 - The ambient temperature and humidity have big effects on the the electrical box life.

Please keep the governor and motor dry.

7 - The installation and use should be operated by professional operators.
