The pack filter is made of stainless steel woven wire mesh discs, single layer and multi-layer, with various pack diameters.

We can process wire mesh packs of rectangular or square, ring type wire belt and other filter fittings according to the specific requirements of the customers.

Pack screen is mainly used in rubber industry, plastic industry, oil industry, cereal filter products.

Minimum diameter of the extruder screens pack can be 2.5mm, and max.

diameter of the pack can be made to orders.

Basic material of the extruder screen packs are: Stainless steel wire mesh ( materials can be ss302, ss304, ss316, ss316L etc ).

Single screens- The screens are mainly made of stainless steel 304 and 316 - For oil-free applications, ultrasonic cleaned screens are upon request.

Multi-layer screens- welded packs and framed packs- The screens are mainly made of ultrasonic cleaned stainless steel wire cloth and non-woven fiber media.

The frames are available in aluminum, brass, copper and stainless steel with choice of mill finishing, electro-polishing or nickel plating.

Gaskets, diaphragms and O-rings- These elements are available in aluminum, brass, copper and stainless steel with choice of mill finishing, electro-polishing or nickel plating.

Candle filters and other custom-shaped elements are available upon request.
