Wrap-Around Case Packer for Stand Up Pouches | Cartoning Machine for Doypacks This wrap-around case packer is designed for sorting stand-up pouches pouches or doypacks and packaging them with carton boxes.

It is combined with a pouch sorter.

The case packer is a form-load-seal 3-in-1 monoblock cartoning machine, which integrates case forming, pouch loading, and case sealing into a single compact and efficient unit.

It picks one-piece pre-creased cardboards from the storage tray, folds them to a U shape, conveys the folded carton blanks to the pouch loading station.

The pouch sorter consists of a buffering belt conveyor, acceleration belt conveyor, a dual servo sorter, a servo side pusher, a buffering storage unit and an electrical controller.

It organizes pouches to rows, one at a time, arranges them with interlayer partition boards if multiple rows in a case are required, delivers them to the loading funnel, insert the pouches into a formed case.

Then, the loaded case is conveyed to the next stations to be closed at the top and sealed at the minor flaps with hot melt adhesive.

The pouch sorter organizes products seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

It is designed to handle pouches up to 1 liter or 1 kilogram with precision, minimizing errors and enhancing output.

The case packer automates the processes of case forming, pouch loading, and case sealing, ensuring consistent and reliable packing.
