Machine introduction：

1 - This machine is component with the feeding unit, printing unit, Slotting unit, Die cutting unit.

Can accomplish the process of the corrugate paperboard printing, water base oil coating (for option), Slotting and die cutting.

2 - The materials of the body is Carbon steel after 20 hours heating treatment, thickness of body is 60mm, after second stage annealing, making by CNC machine, with high strength and high precision.

3 - All the transmission gear is helical gear, with low noise and high precision, gears after high frequency heating and grinding, adopt automatic circle lubrication.

4 - The gear material is 20CrMnTi alloy steel, after high frequency heating and grinding.

And the main transmission gear and roller adopt expansion sleeve connection.

5 - Bearing adopts the famous brand made in China like HRB and NSK.

6 - The mail motor is TECO Taiwan, adopt frequency converters adjust, the frequency is “Delta” brand made in Taiwan, the PLC also adopt “Delta” brand made in Taiwan, the contactor adopt “Seimens” brand.

The touch screen adopt Taiwan “Delta” brand.

7 - Lead edge feed unit adopt AC motor drive, high precision and long life.

8 - Doctor blade adopt KeRou brand from China famous brand.

9 - Ceramic roller adopt HaiLi brand from China.
