Introduction 1 - The gear thickness of this machine is 50mm, and it is made of 40 chromium steel forged parts with quenching and tempering treatment.

After the gear processing is completed, the hardness can reach 45-48HRC after high-frequency quenching treatment.

The whole machine is equipped with a vacuum adsorption-assisted front-edge paper feeding system.

The paper feeding method has the functions of completing printing, grooving, and die-cutting of corrugated cardboard in one go.

The computer control department adopts multi-group communication computer adjustment.

The host computer adopts a large-screen PLC unified control system, which can independently control the paper feeding department, printing department, slotting department and die-cutting department.

The printing plate roller is equipped with a hanging plate zeroing device.

And equipped with a foot switch anyway.

2 - The grooving part is pre-pressed with double wire pressing wheels.

The grooving depth and 360° phase of the machine are computer-driven.

The left and right movement of the grooving cutterhead and wire pressing wheel and the pre-pressing wheel are all electrically adjusted by screw rods.

The slotting phase adjustment mechanism is a planetary gear structure, and the paper-receiving wheelbase of the entire machine's transmission shaft is up to 160mm, allowing a minimum of 170mm cardboard to pass through.
