This fully-automatic poly bag inserter, also known as a box lining machine or case liner placer, is designed to efficiently line boxes with one poly bag each, ready for bulk packaging.

The machine dispenses film from roll stock, cuts and seals it into a bag, opens and cuffs the bag over the carton flaps, and blows air to expand the bag for a snug fit against the box internal walls.

This bag inserter machine reduces labor and material costs while being simple to operate and easy to adjust.

This poly bag inserter is CE-certified and complies with machinery standards EN 12100, EN 415-10, EN 60204-1: 2018, and EN 415-3 - The bag inserter machine is an ideal solution for bulk packaging of items such as bread rolls, edible oils and fats (including margarine, shortening or butter), fruits and vegetables, granules and nuts, meat and fish, caps and closures, golf balls, and more.

When combined with a carton erector, this poly bag inserter becomes part of a fully automated lined-carton forming system, increasing efficiency and reducing labor requirements.

7) The air-blowing station after bag insertion helps the bags fit better to the interior of boxes.
