Bag in Box Forming Line - Carton Erector and Lining Machine This Bag in Box Forming Line erects cartons and seals bottoms, inserts poly bags in cartons by one each from a roll stock film, opens and cuffs the bag over the carton flaps, blow air to expand the bags to fit on the internal wall of cartons better to form lined cartons ready for filling products.

This line includes a carton erector and a poly bag inserter (also called carton lining machine).

1 - Carton Erector

Also called case former.

It erects cartons, folds and seals bottoms with tape or hot-melt glue.

The bag inserter reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust.
