GF Type Liquid Liquid Solid Separation Oil Water Separator Tubular Centrifuge For VCO Virgin Coconut Oil Production is used for separating various liquids that are difficult for separation, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation, liquid-liquid-solid separation, liquid-solid separation.

It is widely used to separate water and solid in edible oils such as vegetable oil, coconut oil, olive oil, etc.

Type GF tubular centrifuge separator is used for separating various emulsions, especially for liquid-liquid separation with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid separation with a little foreign matter.

Such as transformer oil, turbine oil, lubricant oil, fuel oil, dye, fat, saponification, various micro powders and for purifying span-80 liquid separating various oral liquid, medical liquid, "920" and plasma biologic medicine, extraction plasma from animals' blood, cooking oil, refining phosphatide of bean, tea polyphenol, separating oil and water, sewage treatment and so on.

Type GQ tubular centrifuge separator is used for separation of various suspension liquid which is difficult to be separated especially for separation of solid-liquid suspension which has low concentration, high viscosity, small granularity and very small difference of solid-liquid gravity.

Such as clarification for various oral liquid, de-sludgement of coal-tar and graphite extraction of protein, seaweed and jelly, refinement molasses, separation of blood and settlement of vaccine hypha and various extracts and purifying paint dye, various resin and rubber solution extraction and refinement.

Working principle

The coconut oil separator is consisted of main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seats.

The upper of the bowl is flexible main shaft and the lower of it is damp floating.

The main shaft is connected with a driven wheel by the coupling seat with the buffer.

The power is transmitted to the driven wheel by the motor through the transmission belt and the tensioner to make the bowl rotate around its axis at an over speed and form a strong centrifugal force field.

The product sprays into the liquid inlet from the bottom and liquid is forced to flow upward along the inner wall of the bowl and then is separated into different layers according to different density.
