Semi-automatic 5 Gallon Bottle Palletizing Machine / 19 Litre 20 Litre Jug Palletizer Features:

1 - Bottles feed on a slideway by gravity with low power comsumption.

Sensor detecting system can adjust the palletizing speed to match the water bottling speed.

2 - Bottle lifting system uses a unique neck clamping deisng by pneumatic drive, reliable and no damage to bottle necks and neck wraps.

3 - Ability to stack 1-3 layers and the number of layers can be set on the touch screen.

4 - Acurate location and stale lifting.

5 - Mitsubishi PLC and WEIVIEW touch screen.

6 - A photoelectricity detection and protection system is employed on the lifting.

In case of an object or a person there, the machine will stop and alarms.
