After the original equipment is hoisted above the aluminum liquid, the

graphite rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor, breaking the high- purity nitrogen or argon into tiny bubbles and injecting them into the

aluminum liquid.

By using the gas partial pressure difference and surface adsorption, the bubbles adsorb hydrogen and inclusions and float up and discharge to achieve purification.

At the same time, the control system can accurately adjust the degassing time, speed, gas volume and other

parameters to adapt to different production needs.

With the advantages of small size and flexible installation, it does not need to occupy a large amount of workshop space, and is especially suitable for various casting production scenarios with limited space.
