Frp Water Treatment Equipment Manufacturer - China

FRP Water Treatment Equipment Manufacturer | FRP Filter Tanks & Custom FRP Products

Fortis is a professional FRP water treatment equipment manufacturer supplying corrosion-resistant fiberglass products for industrial water treatment, wastewater treatment, filtration systems and environmental engineering projects.

Our product range includes FRP water filter tanks, FRP filter tank shells, FRP pressure vessels, FRP pipes, FRP covers, FRP gratings and custom fiberglass components.

With custom molding and fabrication capability, Fortis can produce FRP water treatment equipment according to drawings, samples, working conditions and project requirements.

FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic, commonly known as fiberglass reinforced plastic) water treatment equipment is a type of non-metallic equipment made of resin as the matrix and glass fibers as the reinforcing material, formed through winding or molding processes.

It is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and highly strong.

Its core value lies in utilizing the excellent chemical corrosion resistance (resistance to acids, alkalis, and salts) and good pressure-bearing capacity of FRP materials to provide a reliable physical carrier for the water purification process.

Typical equipment includes FRP membrane shells for loading reverse osmosis membranes, FRP ion exchange columns for softening and desalination, FRP pressure filters for intercepting suspended solids, FRP security filters to ensure the safety of precision membranes, and FRP integrated pumping stations for sewage collection and lifting.

Due to its better corrosion resistance than metals and higher strength than plastics, FRP equipment is widely used in all scenarios from seawater desalination, industrial pure water production to municipal drainage and rural sewage treatment.

It is a key equipment in modern water treatment engineering that realizes "replacing steel with plastic", and enhances the lifespan and stability of the system.

FRP Water Treatment Equipment We Supply

FRP is widely used in water treatment systems because it offers excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight structure and stable performance in humid, chemical and wastewater environments.

Compared with steel equipment, FRP water treatment products help reduce rust, coating failure and long-term maintenance costs.

Product Professional Description Common Applications

FRP Water Filter Tanks Fiberglass vessels used to contain sand, activated carbon, resin or other filter media Filtration, softening, pretreatment

FRP Filter Tank Shells Corrosion-resistant tank bodies designed for water treatment system assembly Industrial water treatment equipment

FRP Pressure Vessels Reinforced fiberglass vessels designed according to working pressure and media conditions Filtration systems, process water systems

FRP Pipes & Fittings Lightweight corrosion-resistant piping for water, wastewater and chemical liquid transfer Water treatment plants, wastewater pipelines

FRP Covers Molded or fabricated covers for tanks, channels and treatment structures Sewage treatment, odor control, chemical areas

FRP Gratings Anti-corrosion and anti-slip walking surfaces for wet operating areas Platforms, walkways, maintenance areas

FRP Water Filter Tanks for Filtration Systems

FRP water filter tanks are key components in water filtration, softening and pretreatment systems.

They are used to hold filter media such as quartz sand, activated carbon, resin, gravel and other water treatment materials.

Fortis can customize each FRP filter tank based on system design, tank size, pressure requirement, connection type, media type and installation environment.

This makes our FRP filter tanks suitable for equipment manufacturers, engineering contractors, distributors and industrial water treatment projects.
