FAQ :

1 - How often can led neon flex be cut ?

- AC240V _ cut intervals : 0.858m ; AC120V _ cut intervals : 0.429m

- DC24V _ cut intervals : 0.143m ; DC12V _ cut intervals : 0.072m

( There're printed cutting marks on led neon flex, easy to cut.

)

2 - Max.

run length ?

- 240V /120V _ one power cable could load 50m in one continous line.

( 240V/120V , no need LED transformer, there's one small power convertor on power cable to convert AC to DC)

- DC24V _ max.

run length is 20m powered from one end ; 40m powered from both ends.

- DC12V _ max.

run length is 10m powered from one end ; 20m powered from both ends.

( If running too many meters, it will cause the volt.

drop, shorten the life of the LEDs and may damage the transformer.

)

3 - The difference : milky white or colored - PVC skin ?

- The color with colored PVC skin looks _ deeper.

( Colored PVC skin _ red, blue, green, yellow , orange , pink )

- The color with milky white PVC skin looks _ slightly brighter.

4 - Minimum bending radius ?

- Domed-shape LED neon flex _ R 40mm ( sideways bending )

- Flat mini LED neon flex _ R 20mm ( sideways bending )

5 - Lead time ?

- Normal lead time : around 5-7 working days

6 - Minimum order quantity ?

- One meter
