This certification complies with the following machinery standards: EN 12100, EN 415-10, EN 60204-1: 2018, and EN 415-3 - Istituto Giordano is a renowed Certification Body for products, processes, materials, and services, headquartered in Italy.

They are a European Notified Body (No.

0407) for Directive 2006/42/EC Machinery.

The CL71 is our basic poly bag inserter with a capacity of 6-7 cartons per minute.

The CL7X is our high-speed bag inserter capable of handling up to 13 cartons per minute.

The poly bag inserters are designed to line cartons with polybags one by one.

The machines cut and seal polyethylene film from a roll stock, forming it into a bag, which they then insert into a pre-formed box.

They proceed to open and cuff the bag over the carton top flaps and blow air to expand the bag, ensuring a better fit against the internal walls of the box.

The box lining machine reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate, and easy to adjust.

Both poly bag inserter machines are ideal for bulk box packaging of bread rolls, edible oils and fats, fruits and vegetables, granules and nuts, meats and fish, caps and closures, and other items.

Efficiency and labor savings can be maximized by pairing this poly bag inserter with a carton erector, creating an automatic lined carton forming line.
