ZS stainless steel horizontal single stage centrifugal pump adopts stainless steel plate stamping expansion welding and other advanced technology.

Installation conditions

ZS stainless steel horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump is for direct connection between pump and standard motor through the shaft:

1) The pump should be installed in a ventilated and ice-proof place

2) The installation of the pump should ensure that the pump is not affected by the tension of the system pipeline when working

3) If the pump is installed outdoors, it must be equipped with a suitable cover to prevent water or condensation of electrical components

4) In order to facilitate inspection and maintenance, there must be enough space around the unit

5) The electrical wiring device should ensure that the pump is not damaged by phase loss, voltage instability, leakage and overload

6) The pump should be installed on the base horizontally.

The horizontal direction is the suction inlet of the pump and the vertical direction is the discharge outlet of the pump.

Operating conditions

Clean, thin, non-flammable, non-explosive liquid without solid particles or fibers

Liquids with temperatures between -20 degree Celsius to 100 degree Celsius

Ambient temperature +40degree Celsius.
