1-1B thick slurry Screw pump is a single screw conveying pump, its main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and the inner surface of the double helix screw bushing (stator).

Its working principle is that when electric pump shaft rotates, screw is around the axis of rotation itself on the one hand, on the other hand it rolls along the bushing inside surface.

1-1B thick slurry screw pump is single screw displacement rotary pump.

The pump uses eccentric screw in twin twist of the single screw bushing in the rotation, the thick slurry is along the spiral groove by suction to discharge to achieve the function of pump delivery.

Pump features

Self - priming ability, no need to install the bottom valve can directly pump liquid.

The pump can be reversed, the flow direction of liquid is changed by the rotation of the pump.

It is suitable for the pipeline which needs to reverse flushing occasions.

Smooth operation, low vibration and noise.
