Self-priming stainless-steel pump

WBZ Self-priming stainless steel small centrifugal pump is made of stainless-steel casting (SS304 or SS316) with good corrosion resistance.

The impeller is semi-open and swirling structure.

The flow parts and connecting frame are all made of stainless-steel material.

WBZ Self priming stainless- steel pump has self-priming performance.

Foot valve need not be installed onto the inlet pipeline and suction height of the pump is up 4meters.

Pumped liquids

WBZ Self priming stainless-steel pump can transport corrosive or hygienic liquids, containing small soft particles or fiber.

Liquids temperature is not higher than 103℃.

Application:

WBZ Small self-priming stainless-steel pump is widely used in food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, sewage treatment, chemical, electroplating, dyeing, fine chemicals, and other liquids.

Features:

Stainless-steel welded shaft structure effectively guarantees the life of the mechanical seal and impeller balance.

With PTFE seal, according to different customer needs, the pump can be equipped with explosion-proof motor.

Connection between pump and motor can be for closed coupling or shaft coupling

1 - Pumped medium: the solid content of insoluble volume of not more than 0.1% of the unit volume, particle size is not greater than 0.2mm.

2 - Ambient temperature does not exceed 40 ºC, relative humidity of not more than 95%, altitude of not more than 1000m.
