RY type series thermal oil circulating pump has been widely used in the heating system in our country.

The pump is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, rubber, plastics, pharmaceutical, textile, printing and dyeing, road construction, food, and other industrial applications.

The pump is mainly used for conveying weak corrosive, high temperature liquid without solid particles, using temperature is no higher than 350 degree Celsius.

It is an ideal hot oil circulation pump.

Features:

RY series hot oil circulating pump has single stage single suction cantilever foot support structure.

The inlet of the pump is axial suction, the outlet is vertical upward, and the motor is mounted on the same base.

RY series thermal oil centrifugal pump adopts the structure form of double end ball bearing support.

The front end is lubricated by lubricating oil and the back end is lubricated by lubricating grease.

There is a pipe in the middle for observation of sealing and recovery of heat conducting oil at any time.

Adopt natural heat dissipation structure to change the traditional water-cooling structure.

It makes the structure simple, the volume is small, the operation cost is low, the performance is stable, the use is reliable.

Sealing form:

1 - The packing seal is combined with the mechanical seal.

The packing material is high temperature resistant and has good thermal adaptability.

The mechanical seal is made of cemented carbide material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance to ensure the sealing performance under high temperature environment.

2 - the use of the third generation of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lip seal, the sealing performance is more reliable and corrosion resistance is very strong.
