Oil circulation pump

The hot oil pump is mainly used to transport weakly corrosive high temperature liquid without solid particles.

The operating temperature is ≤ 350 ℃.

It is an ideal hot oil circulating pump.

The basic structure is a single-stage single suction cantilever foot support structure.

The inlet of the pump is axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upward at the center.

The pump is installed on the base together with the motor.

The hot oil pump is supported by a double ended ball bearing.

The front end is lubricated by lubricating oil, the rear end is lubricated by grease, and there is a guide pipe in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat transfer oil at any time.

The natural heat dissipation structure has changed the traditional water cooling structure, making it simple in structure, small in size, cost saving in operation, good in performance and reliable in use.

RY series hot oil pump: (1) It adopts the combination of packing seal and mechanical seal.

The packing seal uses high-temperature resistant packing, which has good thermal adaptability.

The mechanical seal uses hard alloy material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, which ensures the sealing performance under high temperature.

(2) The third generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE for short) is used as the lip type seal, which makes the sealing performance a leap.

The reliability is 25 times higher than that of rubber seals, and the corrosion resistance is extremely strong.
