NL type sewage mud pump is a single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump.

The main components are volute, impeller, pump base, pump housing, supporting cylinder, motor housing, motor and so on.

Volute, pump base, motor housing, impeller nut is cast iron (pig iron).

Corrosion resistance of pig iron is better and has convenient processing technology.

1 - The impeller of the sewage mud pump is made of cast iron (pig iron) three blades with semi-open impeller so it has high strength and corrosion resistance, convenient processing, good passability and high efficiency.

2 - In order to reduce the weight, the pump shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel.

3 - Four skeleton oil seals and shaft sleeves are installed in the pump base to prevent shaft wear and extend shaft service life.

4 - NL type sewage mud pump can be used vertically or tilted, occupying a small area, the volute needs to be buried in the working medium to work.

It is easy to start and does not need irrigation water.

Rotation direction should clockwise, when viewed from the motor end.

Application

Type 1, NL sewage mud pump is used in mining, paper making, printing and dyeing, environmental protection, graphite, mica, gold, ceramic, oil refining, petroleum, chemical industry, farms, saltworks, iodine, dyeing, brewing, food, chemical fertilizer, coking, mill plant, building, marble factory, mine mud, sand, muddy ponds, sewage pond to pump dreggy liquid and thick liquid, sewage, and mud with suspended matter.

It can also be used for mine drainage and the fluid containing clods.

2 - If NL mud pump is combined with high-pressure water pump and water gun to form hydraulic mechanized earthmoving engineering unit, it can be used for land leveling, dredging of river and pond, excavation and transportation of small water conservancy projects, as well as urban air defense works and underground works.
