IHF fluoroplastic liner chemical centrifugal anticorrosion pump
IHF fluoroplastic liner centrifugal pump is also called as plastic chemical centrifugal pump.
The connection type between the pump and motor can be shaft coupling type or closed couple.
The pump body is made of metal shell lined with polyfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump and good corrosion resistance.
The parts in contact with fluids such as pump cover, impeller are all sintered and pressed with metal inserts of fluorinated plastics (FEP, PVDF, F46).
The pump is equipped with external bellows mechanical seal.
The grinding materials are: alumina VS tetrafluoride, carbon carbide VS tetrafluoride, carbide VS carbide.
Users can choose the grinding surface according to the requirements.
IHF fluoroplastic liner chemical pump pump can transport a variety of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua and a variety of strong oxidants and organic solvents and has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance etc.
