High efficiency and energy saving self-balancing multi-stage pump is an advanced high-pressure multi-stage pump.

The self-balancing multi-stage pump has changed the original design of multi-stage pump with balance device.

The typical characteristics of this type of pump are that the traditional balance disc system used to balance the axial force is eliminated in the structure, and the impeller is arranged symmetrically to balance the axial force automatically.

This innovation makes the operation of multi-stage pump have the advantages of energy-saving, high efficiency, reliable balance, less vulnerable parts and greatly reduced operation cost.

Transporting clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, suitable for medium and low-pressure boiler feedwater, as well as high-pressure water supply and drainage in factories or cities.

The temperature of the conveying medium is 20C ° -160C °, and the allowable inlet pressure is less than 0.6MPa.

Structure:

Horizontal self-balanced structure centrifugal pump is divided into single suction multi-stage structure and first stage double suction multi-stage structure according to the suction form.

Its suction inlet is horizontal or vertical upward on the inlet section, and the outlet is vertically upward on the outlet section.

The inlet section, middle section, outlet section and secondary inlet section of the pump are connected by tightening bolts with high head low can increase or decrease the number of stages of the pump (the suction inlet can be vertical according to the user’s demand)

Main parts of water pump: inlet section, middle section, outlet section, secondary inlet section, positive guide vane, reverse guide vane, positive impeller, reverse impeller, shaft, throttling and pressure reducing device, baffle sleeve, bearing body, transition pipe.

The rotor is composed of positive impeller, throttling and pressure reducing device, counter impeller, shaft sleeve, bearing guard sleeve and other parts installed on the shaft, the driving end adopts cylindrical roller bearing, and the end adopts the combined structure of cylindrical roller bearing and angular contact ball bearing (some pump types are angular contact ball bearing or deep groove ball bearing)

The working chamber of the pump is composed of inlet section, middle section, outlet section, secondary inlet section, positive guide vane, transition pipe, etc.

The sealing surfaces between the inlet section, middle section and outlet section of the pump are sealed with sealant or O-ring.

The sealing ring and guide vane sleeve are installed between the rotor part and the fixed part for sealing.

When the wear degree of the sealing ring and guide vane sleeve has affected the working performance of the pump, they should be replaced in time.

Shaft seal: there are mechanical seal and packing seal.

When the pump adopts packing seal, the position of packing ring should be correct, the tightness of packing must be appropriate, and the liquid can seep out on drop at a time.

All kinds of sealing elements of the pump are installed in the sealing cavity, and the cavity should be filled with water with certain pressure to play the role of water seal, water cooling or water lubrication.

A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal (When the shaft seal is a mechanical seal, refer to the installation and operation manual of the mechanical seal.

From the motor to pump end, the pump rotates clockwise.
