CQB-F fluorine plastic liner magnetic drive pump CQB-F Fluorine plastic liner magnetic drive pump is widely used in petrochemical industry, acid and alkali making, non-ferrous metal smelting, automobile pickling process, rare earth separation, pesticide, dye, medicine, paper making, electroplating, radio and other industries.
Liquid temperature: -20 ℃ ~100 ℃.
Design features No leakage The shaft seal has been removed.
The pump is driven by magnetic coupling to completely eliminate the worry of dripping and never pollute the site.
The flow part of the pump is made of fluorine plastic alloy so as to continuously transport any acid, alkali, strong oxidant and other corrosive media with any concentration.
working principle The driving device is directly mounted on the motor shaft with an active magnet coupling.
The pump chamber is completely enclosed.
The impeller with magnet on the pump shaft is driven indirectly by magnetic coupling.
Durable pump body structure The wet part is for fluorine plastic and the pump body bracket is a metal material, so the pump body can support the weight of part of the pipeline.
CQB-F fluorine plastic liner magnetic drive pump is made of metal lined with fluorine plastic F46 and used to convey the acid, alkali, solvent etc with any concentration.
