It is

suitable for conveying melted urea liquid in fertilizer plant, and it can also be used for

conveying other corrosive liquids without suspended particulate matter.

Medium

temperature allows -20 to 150 degrees Celsius, the pump is horizontal suction, radial top

discharge out, the front side of the pump has heat preservation jacket, double protection

jackets can allow 0.59MPa, 150 degrees Celsius steam heat preservation.

Users can

choose different materials, models and different flow and heads according to the corrosion

performance of the conveying medium.

The pipe is connected with the input of steam or hot water to the jacket for heat preservation, which it can transport the medium that will solidify or crystallize below a certain temperature.

The heat preservation jacket shall be welded with 304 steel plates and arranged

reasonably to ensure the space inside the jacket, so as to achieve good heat preservation

effect.

The heat preservation jacket inlet and outlet joint can be thread type and flange type.

Normally it is for thread type.
