    DESCRIPTION

    Gap Filler is a multi-purpose and high quality sealant.

    It is composed of environmentally friendly water-base polymer emulsion and inorganic filler.

    It is smooth, flexible and easy to use after curing prevents cracking.

    APPLICATION

    It forms an airtight seal to prevent air and moisture when applied to surfaces such as wood, brick, masonry, drywall, concrete, ceramic tile and glass.

    It is ideal for sealing seams, joints and cracks around windows, door, siding, woodwork and air conditioners.

    Please do not use for adhesion or sealing of glass or structures unit.

    USE

    1 - Apply to clean, dry surfaces, remove all surface contaminants, such as dust, dirt, oil, mildew grease, loose flaking material and old caulk.

    2 - Use a standard caulking gun with steady pressure to completely fill joints.

    3 - Smooth bead with a moistened finger, brush or cloth for a neat appearance.

    4 - Avoid contacting with water before drying.

    5 - Normally, the sealant skins in 5 minutes, dries to touch in 2 hour, and complete curing will take 2-7 days depending on conditions.

    6 - Apply only when sealant and surface temperatures are above 10℃.
