However, partly of chemical fiber is nonconductor, and the metal wire is easily scraped the products.

UNION Anti Static Brush is made of 66 Nylon base interspersed with electric conduction materials, not plating electric conduction on the fiber surface brush.

Union Anti Static Brush has good heat-resistance, chemical resistant and can bring high electric conductivity.

Materials Properties: 1 - Good electric conduction, impedance value is depend on wire diameter from 104 – 109ΩCm ＆ 10-1 – 10-2ΩCm 2 - Softened Point: 180℃ Extremity: 215℃ Continuous enduring temp: 100℃ 3 - Chemical resistant, acid and alkali resistant the same as nylon.

Materials Diameter: 1 - Common Wires – Resistance 104 – 109ΩCm Diameter-range : 0.15mm, 0.25mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm 2 - Super fine wire – Resistance 10-1 – 10-2ΩCm Diameter-range : 0.035mm, 0.045mm
