1 - Main chemical composition: Al2O3≥70-75% Fe2O3 ≤5% TiO2 ≤5% SiO25%-20% Others: trace

2 - Particle shape: spherical;

3 - Angular coefficient: ≤1.1, very spherical;

4 - Density (bulk density): 1.95-2.05 (g/cm3);

5 - Refractoriness: ≥1790℃;

6 - Thermal conductivity: 5.27W/M•K (1200℃);

7 - Thermal expansion coefficient: 0.13% (heating at 1000℃ for 10 minutes).

Advantages of Lost foam casting sand

1 - The molding sand is close to a true circle, with a smooth surface, good fluidity and filling properties, easy to punch, and can obtain good formability and mold strength.
